bye-bye daddy

tony left for the first time since june 6th to go back to work. it's been tough without my better second half and for mady not to have daddy around to pick her up everytime she whimpers!! :) we both miss him so much and he misses us just as much. she's been really cooperative with me. letting me put her down so i can do some school work or she sleeps long enough so i can take a shower or eat. i am afraid for school mornings when i actually have a schedule and i'll have to get out of the house at a certain time. the weekend is a breeze cause we have nowhere to be at a particular time. i have had help along the way. carol came over yesterday to read a paper that is due on mon and she stayed a bit to help and today an old school friend is coming over to help with math and will probably spend the night to help me throughout the night when she wakes up and in the morning so i am not late. we started school on tues and let me tell you it sure is early to get up at 5am to go to school. normally when i have gotten up at 5 i get to go back to bed after mady falls back asleep. i like starting earlier though cause i get done sooner and then have my whole day ahead of me. i feel like i accomplish a lot more when i am up that early. tomorrow will be the first day mady goes to grandmas while i am at school and tony is away. if mady is fussing and tony calls or we call him as soon as she hears his voice on speaker phone she smiles. it's so great to see and it makes him feel good that she recognizes his voice and will smile at him even though he is not here. she's a daddy's little girl!
