Ok, so I know I ain't no Kari-Lynn or Brittany when it comes to photographing. But in my defense, Madisyn was not cooperating. She's at that age now when she won't sit still or do anything I want her to do! I picked out some of my favs to show you. This is a dress she got for christmas form Grandma Dougherty along with the tights. The barettes she got from her "ntie" (that's how Mady pronounces auntie...it's so cute) Kari-Lynn and family for christmas.

just wanted to show you this. some people make think it is mean but as you can tell she loved it. i love how she stumbles after getting off the chair but after all, that's why i spun her in the first place.....to see her tumble all over!

even though it's too late to send out or use for this year, i wanted to show you the end product of our christmas picture for 2007. i got a new computer program for christmas, print shop, so i made the picture into a card. now that we have the program and i know how to use it, i will try to be better and send out a christmas card of all 4 of us next year. i could probably even make my own birth announcement with this program if i get around to it when the time comes!!

just some pic of our little girl on christmas morning opening presents and enjoying her new toys that i didn't include in our first christmas post because i didn't want so many pictures posted at once.

opening her princess slippers from mama & dada which don't fit her cause they are too big. good thing grandma dougherty got her a pair of slippers too and they do fit her! (those pj's were her christmas eve present)


opening her two babies. we saved those for last. she opened one and wanted to play with it but we got her to open another one which was another baby as well. she was a little too distracted to see the 2nd one was a baby too because of the baby dada just opened. after both were opened, it was a race between me and tony to see who could get a baby out of the box the quickest. her head kept whipping back and forth as she yelled baby, baby, baby as we opened them. if my hands weren't a little busy i would have loved to have gotten a video of that.

playing on her sit n spin. just look at her face. she loves it!


playing with her new toy vacuum. she thinks she is helping mama and will want to push hers as i am vacuuming the house. she's such a good little helper!


laying on her kitty pillowcase watching tv as mama made christmas breakfast. she was getting pretty tired by that time since we were up at 5:30. she just loves to lay and play with that pillow and would yell at cole when she found him sleeping on it, which he did quite reguarly so we moved it upstairs and put it on her bed. we want to find her another one so she can have one downstairs too since she loves it so much and she has no idea that she is sleeping on it at night. she would rather play and lay with it during the day.


sitting at her new table with chairs eating lunch while watching care bears on the mini dvd player. she does everything at that table...eats, colors, watches movies, will just get up & down from that chair all day long. she moves the chair over to the coffee table sometimes to watch tv there or to eat with us!
